To order your caricature fill in the form and print, or copy by hand and send it, with your photos, which will be returned, (or you could email them) and cheque for the correct amount, made payable to HonkeyDonkey (if you wish to pay online email us), to:

Extras
For ADDITIONAL PEOPLE, a detailed background, horses or vehicles, including motorbikes, please write the amount in this box. Adding £10.00 for each to the total.
In this box write down the amount for any additional pets, push bikes or large extras. Adding £5.00 for each to the total.
If you would like any written captions or wording such as 'Happy Birthday..', this costs £5.00. Please write down the wording in this box:

Subject Details
In the space provided list any details you would like to be included in the caricature, (unless you would just like a basic caricature). For example any hobbies, sport themes, habits or personality traits. If you run out of room simply send another sheet with your order. Please indicate the eye colour.
